Internationalization: Agency group MSM.digital expands to Scandinavia

The agency group MSM.digital is positioning itself internationally and conquering the Scandinavian market. For this purpose, MSM.digital opens an office in Stockholm. MSM.digital AB is managed by Maic Ungermann. This means that the agency group for Omni-Channel-Marketing now also offers its entire range of services in Scandinavia to existing and new international customers. The decision for Sweden as a gateway to Scandinavia was a logical one, since MSM.digital has Swedish companies like Electrolux, Elektrolux Home and the AEG brand as long-term clients. 

Maic Ungermann will initially be supported in Stockholm by Laura Horwood as project manager. By the end of the year, two more employees will join the team. The current location is an office in the Co-Working-Space Convendum, Vasagaten 16, in Stockholm Central. 

Markus Oeller, Managing Director, MSM.digital GmbH, says: „Our goal for the agency group is to become the central contact in Europe for the 360-degree customer journey. Sweden is one of many steps in this direction. In addition, our unit there will take over the product management and international sales of our review platform One2Five. Our national companies are not only building up the local business, but are also specialists in the group.“ 

Maic Ungermann explains: „Scandinavia is a very modern, attractive market. Our goal is to successfully establish MSM.digital as a reliable partner in the field of omni-channel marketing in the Nordic countries. By the end of the year, we will focus on our existing customers by showing them the opportunities to present their products and brands in the Scandinavian countries as well. At the same time we will present our service portfolio to potential new customers“.
